Nestled in the heart of the Dukes of Siena, with a terrace overlooking the garden and vineyards below, Pollo o Manzo is a clever blend of styles. The location alone is worth the detour to Montagne, just a few minutes from Saint-Émilion. But the trattoria 's name is all it's cracked up to be: the decor is so refined, with a beautiful contemporary insert. The tables face outwards.
