Makers of Crémant de Bordeaux since 1897, Corinne and Lionel combine tradition and innovation to perpetuate the winegrowing tradition of this family estate. From Jean Lateyron's initiative of offering Ecocert certification to the "prise de mousse" in 1993, and then for the vineyard in 2010, the4th generation of the Lateyron family now makes organic red wines. The very large underground galleries overlooking one of the highest vineyards in the Saint-Emilion region are at the heart of their heritage. The tour of these galleries will be followed by a tasting session.
