Opening a mostly vegetarian healthy canteen in Bazas, land of beef and other meaty delights? It's a risky bet, but Lucille has taken it up. In her little restaurant, which also serves as a caterer, she cooks up a gourmet and responsible offer using the raw local produce available (fruit, vegetables, home-made flours, free-range chickens...). There's no set menu, just a fresh selection every day. During the day, the upstairs dining room is the perfect place to recharge your batteries with a cup of tea, a latte or a healthy treat.
