A building with white and blue stripes that reminds a little of the Buren columns, planted at the gates of the Médoc, it does not go unnoticed! Inside, it is a centre for relaxation, well-being and body care, with six pools: relaxation and outdoor (bubbles, swan neck, massage nozzles), sports and massages (bikes, treadmills, elliptical bikes, steppers) or floarium (a 3-dimensional space for music and light therapy, always in water at 33°C). For fitness, there are aquatic classes: aquabike, aquacircuit and watfit, a mix of fitness, cardio and Pilates that is practiced on an inflatable board floating on the water. On the wellness side: hammam, sauna and ionisation room to relax and purify yourself by lying down, with your eyes closed and breathing deeply, on infrared deckchairs and water mattresses. The body is not forgotten thanks to these body treatments: hydromassages, cryolipolysis, cryotherapy, floatation cabin. Bad news: Bleu Médoc has closed its doors temporarily.
