The Saint Martin, a restaurant located in a beautiful stone building in Gironde, is located right opposite Pauillac marina, on the docks, in No. 5. Inside, the decor is soft and sober, with oil paintings made by Jo hoarau the chef, artist painter when he is not in his kitchen! Behind his furnaces for 30 years, his profession has allowed him to travel and thus acquire mastery of Chinese and Creole cuisine, in addition to French traditional cuisine, allowing him to combine the rigor and subtlety of exotic flavors. In its restaurant Le Saint-Martin, the chef offers you a South-West cuisine but can, on reservation, prepare you gourmet menus. Open all year round, you can enjoy the season, bar, fresh cod, dorade, steak tartare, interlaced with Bordeaux, and discover flavors with safranean butter and ginger. You can also enjoy the terrace on the wharves from March to November.
