LE PAUILLAC
Restaurant offering wine by the glass and home-made desserts in Pauillac.
Right in the middle of Pauillac's quayside, facing the masts of the boats visible from the restaurant's first tables, Gaëlle and Michel Alleno, originally from Brittany, welcome you in a cheerful tone. In the large salmon-colored dining room, the atmosphere is maritime, with photos, model boats and sailor knots. On the menu that day: beet salad, plain or chorizo omelette, mandarin bavarois. We recommend the croustillant de chèvre chaud, a goat cheese brick pastry with herbs and ground almonds. Meat: pork filet mignon, prime rib 450-500 g at 29.50 euros, entrecôte à la bordelaise and the succulent blanquette de veau. On the fish side, salmon with sorrel sauce literally melts in your mouth, salmon tartar, pollack fillet... Don't hesitate to accompany your meal with wine, as the house offers wine by the glass. Finally, indulge in our homemade desserts: crème brûlée, Irish ice cream or chocolate fondant with raspberry coulis.

A surtout éviter......
