At La Salamandre, there is something for everyone since it is a brasserie-bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria. A pleasant restaurant ideally located on the waterfront of Pauillac. The restaurant serves a "homemade" cuisine on the spot. Southwestern and terroir traditional, the offered dishes are tasty. The menu also has a small Italian look with dishes like the Risotto with mushrooms and smoked duck breast sprinkled with Italian cheese, the Masimos pasta or its suggested pizzas, from the 4 seasons to the Pauillacaise (pizza with duck breast), it is also possible to order take-away. The daily special at lunchtime and the suggestions on the board change according to the market, ideal for those who enjoy eating with the rhythm of the seasons. The little plus if you order a bottle of wine and you do not finish it, you can take it home! Upstairs, you will find a beautiful view of the estuary; on the ground floor, the bar and a shaded terrace in summer.

Je recommande 100% cave à vin
Je me fais menacer par mon ancien patron et ancienne patronne que la prochaine fois que je menace une de leur serveuse ça se passera très mal pour moi ! Juste car je n'étais pas d'accord de recevoir les entrées avant l'apéritif. Je suis pourtant resté respectueux et courtois avec la serveuse.
Comme il m'ont dis pauillac et petit fais attention à toi ! Inadmissible même honteux.
