Located on the heights of Pauillac, this5th Grand Cru Classé seems to rise from its ashes. Certified organic in 2019 and now in conversion to biodynamic farming, Château Haut-Bages Libéral works with an ancestral method that is 100% natural. Today managed by the3rd generation, the site can be discovered via a walk along the Merlot plots, with explanations on biodynamics and architecture, visits to the cellars and tasting of their vintages.
