In a "wooden chalet" atmosphere, this genuine Quebec brewery offers a gourmet stopover with our American cousins. Discover the flavors of the Americas over a meal or a good broue, or "bière ben mousseuse". Here, everything is homemade, from big burgers on organic bread to the famous traditional poutine. Belle découverte dans ce restaurant québécois. Pour une première c'est réussi, la poutine est très bonne et le burger aussi et la dame qui s'est occuper de nous à été super elle m'a réconcilier avec le sirop d'érable que je avais pas aimer la première fois que j'avais goûter. Merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons.
Juste petit bémol pour nous c'est un peu cher pour la quantité servie. Sinon rien à redire ????????
