Restaurant with fast service offering hearty dishes in Pessac.
Every morning, Florence prepares fresh pasta that she serves with seasonal sauces. Desserts are also homemade. The service is quick and the plates are copious. As much as possible, the young woman favours local producers, including for her drink menu, which she regularly changes by offering local beers. Afterwork aperitifs, concerts on the terrace, culinary workshops for all... You will always have a good reason to stop here and stay until 2am on Thursday and Friday.

Une salade pour moi et un gratin de pâtes pour mon amie avec un dessert chacune bien sûr.
C'était bon et copieux.
Les 2 nanas qui tiennent le resto: chaleureuses, souriantes, pleines d'humour ????(vive les pompiers ????).
On a passé un très bon moment, on y reviendra avec plaisir ????
