Saline is both a fishmonger's and a restaurant. With seafood platters to choose from or compose your own, on the spot or to take away (order 48 hours in advance), "aperitif" trays as starters (shrimps, crab claws, whelks, etc.), not forgetting the oysters, obviously from Cap Ferret, and the Marennes d'Oléron: the dishes on the menu are all gourmet and well executed. You can also choose fish directly from the shoal (price by weight + 8.50 euros for cooking). Low prices for desserts!

Une très bonne idée ce restaurant où l’on peut aussi acheter son poisson ou ses fruits de mer.
Service avec le sourire, ambiance sympa nous reviendrons.
Les produits sont extra frais et cerise sur le gâteau nous y avons dégusté des oursins ????
