Behind this mysterious name hides a meat restaurant; Bovem for beef in Latin! Meat lovers will be delighted by this establishment whose menu is renewed twice a year. Here, the flavours of the world are mixed together in refined recipes: sliced rump steak marinated in satay, blackberry tartar (candied watermelon and vanilla burrata siphon)... The speciality?
