Since 2000, Franck Angelaud has been treating us to his address Le Cohé, in the heart of Pessac. The service is attentive and smiling. The recipes are cooked with passion and know-how like the perfect egg, cream of corn, green asparagus and its Iberian ham slivers, a tasty dish; the tender chicken with chorizo, mashed like a garden, thyme juice and slivers of foie gras or the fillet of sturgeon from Gironde, a slightly chocolatey bordelaise sauce with its candied leeks and smoked apple. Whether you opt for a fish or meat dish, the Chef will know how to make you appreciate the products. The Chef also offers a selection of take-away dishes to enjoy at home.
