Restaurant bistro offering a tasty and delicious cuisine in Pessac.
Located in Pessac, Le Bistrot de l'Alouette has long been a reference. The chef, Cédric Robert, elaborates gourmet recipes that smell of the South-West. On the menu, we find for example oysters from "La Canfouine" in Cap Ferret, a celery tartar with Pata Negra, a duck parmentier. In addition, there is a very interesting lunch formula and tapas (only in the evening from 6pm). The establishment, which was taken over in 2015, welcomes groups and offers the rental of a meeting room. The terrace is very pleasant.
