Restaurant bistro offering a tasty and delicious cuisine in Pessac.
Located in Pessac, Le Bistrot de l'Alouette has long been a reference. The chef, Cédric Robert, elaborates gourmet recipes that smell of the South-West. On the menu, we find for example oysters from "La Canfouine" in Cap Ferret, a celery tartar with Pata Negra, a duck parmentier. In addition, there is a very interesting lunch formula and tapas (only in the evening from 6pm). The establishment, which was taken over in 2015, welcomes groups and offers the rental of a meeting room. The terrace is very pleasant.

La cuisine très agréable et le dessert ...la pavlova une tuerie ????
Le plus dur quand on tient un restaurant, c’est la régularité. Pour ne jamais décevoir ce qui aime revenir.
Les serveurs sont très bons et sympathiques.
