Combining artistic quality, historical interest and accessibility of the works (in the narration, the subject matter), the programme is generally based around twenty or so films and debates and meetings with renowned guests, including the presence of many historians. The Festival takes place in Pessac at the Jean Eustache Cinema, and at the Auditorium - Media Library.
