Located in the middle of the forest in an old farm, Françoise and André Touati's restaurant offers a cooked meal with quality products, selected according to the seasons. Established there for twenty years, they modulate their menu according to the markets, directly from Rungis where the chef goes to the dawn twice a week. It gives you the opportunity to savour dishes such as roasted Pyrenean farm pig on a spit or roasted farm quail with rosemary and chestnuts. A little something extra, the sourdough bread is kneaded and baked on the spot, with flour ground with a stone-grinder! A great place, in an outstanding setting.

Le cadre extérieur est vraiment charmant et j’imagine que par beau temps, il doit être bien agréable de diner sur la terrasse !
L’accueil très sympathique de la patronne, le service impeccable, la qualité irréprochable des produits et les plats délicieux, « merci Chef » me feront revenir « Au cœur de la forêt » !
