AUBERGE DU PRESSOIR
The 4-star Pressoir in a wine estate offers local cuisine and a menu renewed every season.
Nestled in a former chai in the heart of the prestigious campsite, Le Pressoir****, in the middle of the Saint-Émilion vineyards, this restaurant at the edge of a hostel offers traditional regional dishes. The bar bar is warm, with its high ceilings, beams and wooden walls. The restaurant is more chic with its walls and very clear beams and majestic stone fireplace. We love the careful decoration of the tables, the fabrics on the chairs and the country decoration, with the copper kitchen utensils hanging up and there. In beautiful season, the terrace and its beautiful teak tables are chosen in the middle of palm trees and huge flowered bins. But let us talk about cooking where the land is honored: half-baked foie gras homemade and toast, veal ris and its small girolles to cream, profiling to the Bordeaux, canned to vanilla ice with hot chocolate. You're salivating, you know. And to satisfy regular customers, the chef renews his card every season. Add to this an impeccable service. The hotel also offers an atmosphere bar, cocktails and wines, concerts, theme evenings and rented the place: The restaurant welcomes 60 people in summer, the restaurant and terrace allow you to gather 120 sheltered persons and up to 150 outdoor guests for your events (wedding, banquets, birthday…).

The famous " tart with the liver gras" : a real kinder surprise... one opens, and you will find sausage meat and fat, mezclar has I do that meat ..... and one here and there are (looking well) nuggets of foie gras ..... the same rest, soak in fat... so much of advertizing on this restaurant that finally disappointed me .....
Aliments encore congelés, pas cuits, service ultra long, prix au-dessus de la normal
