CAVES BROUETTE
Sparkling: this so rare word in Bordeaux wine-growing region reveals all its secrets, all its pleasures, during a tasting in Brouette Petit Fils cellars. The cellars are old quarries composed of galleries of several kilometers long. They offer a humidity and constant temperature ideal for the ageing of great wines. Thus, from the 19th century they began to develop sparkling wine here. The tradition has been perpetuated since then with the same care and same passion and in April 1990 was recognised the AOC Crémant de Bordeaux. The crémant brut reveals touches of white flowers and spices, perfect for an aperitif or to accompany fishes and seafood. The demi-sec is quite honey, dried fruits to blend with pastries. The rosé develops raspberry and vanilla aromas, to combine with a white meat. A meeting not to be missed to discover all the secrets of the sparkle.
