CHÂTEAU PRÉ LA LANDE
Wines certified vegan in the Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux appellation! Château Pré la Lande has been producing wine since 1860 on the slopes of a hillside at an altitude of 120 metres; one of the highest points in Gironde. The natural slopes ensure good drainage, and the proximity of the Dordogne, a certain mildness to the climate. The history of this vineyard is fascinating, and so is its terroir. At Château Pré la Lande, only two of the five grape varieties are currently present: Merlot and Cabernet Franc. And soon the Cabernets Sauvignon and Malbecs. In addition, there is still a plot of old Semillons that produces an atypical dry white. Depending on the characteristics of the wines, part of the harvest is aged in oak barrels and the other part in eggs and amphorae made of Italian terracotta. To discover.
