Available in white and red, and since 2011 in rosé, this aperitif, created in 1887, has evolved with the times, offering connoisseurs a wide range of flavors created from selected wines and fruit liqueurs, with a distinct personality on the palate. Aged for 8 months in oak foudres, this aperitif, typical of the region, benefits from the same attention to detail as the finest Bordeaux wines. Discover the different stages of production during a guided tour followed by a tasting, and push open the doors of an old distillation room.
