A little sports training in a summer program relax, it can not hurt, quite the opposite! On Sunday, August 20, the commune of Queyrac will host its Saint-Roch Race, a nature race between roads, roads, bois and vineyards. In 10 km, the course offers you a summary of the landscapes that shape the region. Accessible to everyone, the challenge is ideal for getting back into a smooth leg before the end of the summer. Difficulty: pretty easy.
Rendez-vous: place de la Mairie in Queyrac. Departure at am and departure at 10 pm.
Other practical information: any non-licensee shall have a medical certificate indicating the absence of a contraindication to the practice of the race on foot.
