Passionate about cooking from an early age, Chef Yoann Gérard-Huet has acquired his expertise alongside some of the world's finest chefs. In fact, it was chef François Adamski who launched him on the road to competitions. He has won the "Toque d'or internationale de cuisine", the Hauts-de-France trophies and the Nérios d'or, among other distinctions. His cuisine is gourmet and generous, combining tradition and originality. The heart of sweetbreads glazed with jus and served with pressed potatoes and cecina de Léon is one of the house specialties.
