LES CAVES DE RAUZAN
It all began (or almost) in 1933, when a group of Rauzan winegrowers decided to build a shared winery. This was to become, 70 years later, France's very first Cave Coopérative Vinicole. Today, almost 300 members contribute to a production of around 160,000 hectolitres of AOC wines. At the cutting edge of technology, with sophisticated winemaking tools, the Rauzan cellars are well worth a visit. A warm welcome and expert advice only add to the appeal of this not-to-be-missed address. Don't miss the guided tour of the cellar.
