In the gorges of the Aude, 5 minutes from Axat, on the road to Do-Romeu, Pisciculture Pisciculture is an ideal place for nature lovers. In groups, with family, or as a couple, you can try fishing. Samuel will be happy to have you visit his fish farm and discover his know-how. Several activities are offered: trout fishing (equipment provided), retail sale of the four different species (fario, rainbow, fountain salmon, Arctic char), educational visits tracing the different stages of rearing. 150,000 fish are born here every winter! Most of them are destined for restocking rivers in the region. The site is very pleasant for an introduction to fishing. Fishers leave with their fish paid by weight: €9 per kilo.
