LES BALLONS DE RUGBY EN BOIS
In his workshop in Belpech, a family business for four generations, cabinetmaker Pierre Armengaud has been making wooden rugby balls of great style. Trained by the comrades of duty - he has travelled all over France and Europe - this master craftsman uses the best strains of our regions (oak, beech, walnut, maple...) but also those of the whole world (mahogany, wenge...) to draw layer by layer, using the laminated glue technique, the curves of his oval balloons. Sanded and varnished by hand, these creations, which are real goldsmiths' pieces, are available in three different sizes. Pierre Armengaud, whose clients include many clubs and companies in the rugby world, also offers laser engraving on wood, as well as custom-made bases.
