Located in the heart of the garrigue, the goat farm is home to around 90 Alpine chamois goats. From February to November, they produce delicious milk that is either consumed as such or transformed into cheeses and yoghurts. If you wish, you can take a tour of the premises to better understand the different stages of production (milking at 5 pm, filtering, curdling...). Bring a bottle, and you can leave with fresh milk. In the farm store, you'll find the artisan cheeses that win all the regional and national prizes.
