In the kitchen, Japanese chef Seiji Inomoto skilfully blends exotic flavours with those of our terroirs, in dishes that change every week: breaded prawns in tartar sauce, chanterelle mousseux and potatoes, roast filet mignon with ginger, caramelized clementine and chocolate moelleux... What's more, the service is warm and professional, and the setting very pleasant. Worth a visit.
