Located in Saint-André-de-Cubzac, this authentic century-old bistro is an institution! The cuisine is refined and gourmet, as evidenced by the attractive menu that changes with the seasons and the chef's inspirations. A different menu is offered every month, but the menu always includes the essentials: oysters from the Bay of Arcachon, tapas platter, raclette burger, Italian-style beef tartare, duck aiguillette, tiramisu... A fine selection of wines accompanies the dishes, including AOC vintages from the Blaye and Bourg areas.

Bon accueil et service efficace pour ce café renommé, souvent plein le WE (résa conseillée).
Des ardoises aux murs pour choisir le menu comme brasserie autrefois.
Bon choix de plats et de vins, bonne cuisine.
