Nestled in the Corbières on the heights of Camplong, Le Clos de Mauzac is well worth a visit... Depending on the weather, you'll either be seated in the uncluttered dining room, decorated with contemporary paintings by local artists, or on the terrace. Guillaume's cuisine follows the seasons, and the freshness of the produce is indisputable. The dishes served, sometimes local, sometimes exotic, leave no one indifferent. The cooking is just right, the spices subtly measured. A fine selection of local wines (some of them organic) will enhance your meal.

Wir leben seit über zehn Jahren in der Aude und kennen das Restaurant seit 4 Jahren. Ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit einer Gourmetküche zum verlieben. Sehr freundliche Besitzer und Personal, angenehmes Ambiente - was will man mehr.

Een pareltje in de bush. Je moet echt wel even zoeken om het restaurant te vinden. Maar laat dat je niet weerhouden want een bezoek is culinair zeer de moeite waard.
Kwaliteit gaat hier, zoals het hoort, boven kwantiteit maar het is zeker niet zo dat je met trek van tafel gaat. Ook hier geldt dat we hier zeker weer aanleggen zodra we in de buurt zijn.

Très bonne cuisine ,dommage que l'on nous est mis sur une table ronde de 10 personnes alors que nous étions 5 . donc pas idéal pour discuter sous prétexte que le lendemain il y avait un mariage . Je pensais faire découvrir un lieu exceptionnel à mes invités çà était raté .
