Family restaurant in the centre of Carcassonne offering homemade dishes with good value for money.
In the heart of the city, the Blasco family's restaurant, with Julien as the owner, plays the "bistro" card with small homemade dishes such as the excellent cassoulet made according to the rules of the art, and recognised by the Universal Cassoulet Academy. But they also know how to play a creative card with haddock fillet, risotto, bourride sauce and fresh herbs or pumpkin velouté and its praline espuma. A pretty room on the first floor, a very pleasant terrace, an attentive service and a very good quality-price ratio.

Le salon au premier étage est très agréable avec une belle vue sur la place. Le menu à 22 euros comprenant entrée, plat et dessert est très pratique. La salade d'entrée était abondante et savoureuse et ensuite le cassoulet était très bon. Très bon service aussi. A recommander vivement.

Bastante mal por las sensaciones con las que te vas, pues el jefe del local intenta engañarte vendiéndote agua embotellada, cuando de normal la ponen gratis, como las tenían en todas las mesas. Be careful with the boss, he try to sell you botled water and other things you didnt order.
