Family restaurant in the centre of Carcassonne offering homemade dishes with good value for money.
In the heart of the city, the Blasco family's restaurant, with Julien as the owner, plays the "bistro" card with small homemade dishes such as the excellent cassoulet made according to the rules of the art, and recognised by the Universal Cassoulet Academy. But they also know how to play a creative card with haddock fillet, risotto, bourride sauce and fresh herbs or pumpkin velouté and its praline espuma. A pretty room on the first floor, a very pleasant terrace, an attentive service and a very good quality-price ratio.

Bistro Blasco was recommended to us by a restaurant owner just up the square. Fantastic service, generous serves and delicious food.

Be careful with the boss, he try to sell you botled water and other things you didnt order.
The answer of the boss is false...and of course you will not see me again there, ugly and dirty place
