Restaurant in the heart of a shady garden serving homemade regional cuisine.
It is a charming place located on the square of the Basilica of Saint-Nazaire and Saint-Celse, where they serve a very appreciated regional homemade cooking. You will be welcomed in the heart of a shaded garden whose old stone walls remind of the antiquity of the place or in the room with large windows overlooking the basilica. Two menus are proposed, as well as a generous à la carte homemade menu: braised lamb shank, duck breast, homemade cassoulet, (and it is good), salmon tartare, grilled salmon and superb salads... Your taste buds will be delighted. The service is fast and professional which is an undeniable asset in a site which is regularly crowded, without forgetting their very large portions. Jardin du Carcassès is a good place to remember!
