Small pancake house in the city centre offering traditional pancakes.
In this small pancake house in the city centre that sweetly smells of Brittany, Christophe will welcome you while Nathalie prepares pancakes and other delicious cakes in the kitchen. The buckwheat pancakes are beautifully presented and accompanied by a small green bouquet; on the other hand, the salads are fresh and plentiful. For dessert, there is a wide choice of wheat pancakes, from the most traditional "butter-sugar" or salted butter caramel to the most unexpected, like the Tatin, peppermint, or nougatine. Whether you prefer "Buckwheat" or "wheat", the menu will satisfy all your desires. Gourmets love this address, not only for its hospitality but also for its incomparable know-how in the city. It is undoubtedly the best pancake house in the city.
Note: the address also offers gluten-free pancakes.

Parabéns a toda equipe Lê Blé Noir.
Et ce fut une réussite ☺️
Très riche et très gentil.
Nous reviendrons certainement.

Just had a lovely meal at the Ble Noir creperie. A single diner on Friday in late January is not best for atmosphere but other parties of different nationalities arrived - menus and conversation provided in English and Spanish. Large savoury galettes and sweet crepes - I recommend the crepe tatin! With Normandy cider. Just what was needed.
