Right in the heart of the medieval city, on Place Marcou, Le Flagrant des Lices is a sure bet. The establishment boasts a terrace and a more intimate patio at the rear, as well as two stone-walled dining rooms. In the kitchen, Guillaume Luyat finds his inspiration in seasonal produce: asparagus in spring, ripe tomatoes in summer, porcini mushrooms in autumn, scallops in winter... From starters to desserts, his authentic cuisine, constantly revisited, is unanimously acclaimed. Unquestionably one of the best restaurants in the area.

Au détour dans la cité de Carcassonne, charmante petite terrasse, l accueil est chaleureux et professionnel, les cuisiniers respectent leurs produits régionaux, heureux rendez vous dans vos assiettes. Étant moi même cuisinier je recommande chaudement ce lieux. Merci à vous

Repas correct. Cassoulet correct. Personnel qui semble débuter avec des erreurs de commande observées sur d'autres table et même la notre. Manque un peu de chaleur humaine lors du service.
Le steak haché du menu enfant est très bon et les frites maison. Les entrées du menu à 17 sont un peu petites avec plus de salade que de l'ingrédient principal ce qui retire un peu l'intérêt.

Petit restaurant charmant bien situé au milieu de la cité. L’accueil est chaleureux. Les serveurs et serveuses sont très accueillants. Très bon choix au niveau de la carte.
