Right in the heart of the medieval city, on Place Marcou, Le Flagrant des Lices is a sure bet. The establishment boasts a terrace and a more intimate patio at the rear, as well as two stone-walled dining rooms. In the kitchen, Guillaume Luyat finds his inspiration in seasonal produce: asparagus in spring, ripe tomatoes in summer, porcini mushrooms in autumn, scallops in winter... From starters to desserts, his authentic cuisine, constantly revisited, is unanimously acclaimed. Unquestionably one of the best restaurants in the area.

Le steak haché du menu enfant est très bon et les frites maison. Les entrées du menu à 17 sont un peu petites avec plus de salade que de l'ingrédient principal ce qui retire un peu l'intérêt.
Les produits sont de très bonnes qualités.
