Le Saillan has changed hands, with Gauthier March now at the helm and Cyril Rouquette in charge of catering! The same opening hours and concept, with tapas on Saturdays and afterwork evenings on Thursdays. The atmosphere, the music, the bistro cuisine and the match replays are all on the menu! New: Wednesday afternoons are Tea Parties! Le Saillan is transformed into a tea room, with wonderful treats from Elona Pâtisseries. A place where you can enjoy coffee, tea, good beer, red wine or a delicious meal.

Café très sympathique Manu et son fils sont des personnes très conviviales, nous étions de passage a Carcassonne et nous y avons pris un verre totalement par hasard, nous avons tellement appréciés leur hospitalité que nous y sommes revenus le samedi matin. Nous conseillons vivement cet adresse de Carcassonne, vous ne serez pas déçu.
