The place is very nice, with an elegant, clean and cozy touch. The food is relatively simple but very good (toast made from local bread, with different products: cheeses, or smoked trout, or cod, etc.), with local products. Tasty and homemade desserts. The wine is also very good (both red and round). The service is exceptional, the owner is very kind, friendly and approachable. Although we don't speak French, we understood each other very well. It has been a very pleasant surprise along the way, to be repeated if we return to Carcassonne. We totally recommend it!
