Le Billot en Folie ticks all the boxes with Pierre Aurifeuille (ex Table de Norbert) at the helm. The cuisine is simple and effective, based on a focus on the raw product: the meat is cooked to perfection, but it's not the only star of the establishment! You'll be able to share tapas full of character such as marrow bone, calamari à la basque, and even enjoy grilled blue lobster. Bistro cuisine, just the way we like it.
