Le Billot en Folie ticks all the boxes with Pierre Aurifeuille (ex Table de Norbert) at the helm. The cuisine is simple and effective, based on a focus on the raw product: the meat is cooked to perfection, but it's not the only star of the establishment! serveuse très accueillante sympathique. un magret de canard exquis, cuit à la perfection, d’une très bonne qualité, tendre…etc parfait !! avec des frites fait maison tout aussi bonne. amuse bouche avant de recevoir les plats sur la première photo. crêpes au nutella et crème de marron, pas une mais 2 de chaque, excellente, sauf pour la crème de marron, la crêpe était citronnée et ce n’était pas précisé, n’aimant pas le citron ça m’a gâché la dégustation d’une bonne crêpe a la crème de marron, donc sur ça très déçue que ce c’était pas précisé et qu’on ne m’est pas demandé car tout le monde n’aime pas le citron encore moins mélangé a la crème de marron, mais les crêpes étaient bien garnies de nutella et de crème de marron, y’avait la dose !
