The rooms
The Lamourelle International Residential Center is a new, comfortable and contemporary accommodation located in the heart of Carcassonne on the banks of the Canal du Midi.
The restaurant
Only people who have booked an overnight stay, and/or are participating in a seminar or cultural activity can benefit from it.
The restaurant is located in an old annex of the Chateau Lamourelle which has been completely renovated and modified. It allows to make the junction between the Hostel part of the Center and the cultural Third-Party
It is composed of 2 dining rooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, each of which can seat 50 people. You will be able to benefit from a self-service formula with a choice of starters, main courses and desserts cooked on site in our kitchens. Our chef and his team are committed to preparing dishes that respect the products and the seasons. Anchored in a region rich in its gastronomic heritage, he will also have at heart to make you discover the typical dishes and products of the region, by privileging the short circuits with local producers.
According to your desires, it is also possible to reserve one of these restaurant spaces to organize receptions, lunches or dinners. According to your request, our chef will be pleased to make you proposals to measure in order to spend pleasant moments.

Por otra parte, nos sentimos decepcionados porque solicitamos parking (sin pago por adelantado) y al llegar nos lo negaron debido a una boda, alegando que habían reservado entero para ello. A pesar de ello, Pierre fue muy amable recomendando tiendas y bares locales.
Autre bémol, il ne nous a pas été possible de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. Il y a, à priori, moins de places pour le petit déjeuner qu'il n'y a de couchages. C'est la première fois que je vois cela dans un établissement hôtelier.
Les hôtesses d'accueil sont avenante.
