It is the ideal base from which to explore the Cathar castles, especially in the summer, when in the heat you can take a dip in the swimming pool. The house is steeped in history: dating from the 12th century, it once housed an ancient monastery. Its five rooms have all the comforts but have been decorated in a very rustic style. They all bear medieval names: Isabeau, Rolland, Doriane and Esclarmonde, in reference to the spirit of the place. The table d'hôtes offers recipes based on fresh, local, and organic products.
