Despite its location in the commercial area, this is a hotel that has its rightful place in our guide, a true haven of peace after several hours on the road. First, it is only 7 minutes from the Cité, 2 km from the centre and 1 km from the airport. The rooms with contemporary decoration are well-equipped and comfortable. The welcome tray with what is needed to snack and prepare a hot drink for yourself is welcome. Rather well soundproofed, at the time when the activity area empties, peace and quiet meet expectations. There is also a great surprise when it comes to the restaurant, because most dishes are typically regional just like the carefully selected wines. The freshness of the products always meets expectations. We appreciated the homemade cassoulet and the Cathar lamb shank is worth a detour, for dessert, we recommend the homemade sticky toffee pudding. The reception is very nice and professional there.
