Over the years, Hélène has made her mark with a family clientele at 90% from Carcassonne. There are a few tourists who get lost at her place, but the city attracts them so much that few venture along the banks of the Aude. So bad for them! They could have tasted the delicious wood fire grill that makes the reputation of this charming summer restaurant or a tasty Mediterranean salad. And eat in peace if they are accompanied by children, because the shaded terrace, huge and enclosed, is a wonderful playground. Beautiful view as a bonus! Hélène favours costs and quality, everything is freshly prepared. This explains why sometimes you have to wait a bit for the evening meals. But we're so good… Nothing rushed! From the fine days, tea dancing every Sunday, provided that the weather does not play tricks. The success is such that since 2009 the restaurant also opens its doors in winter, "the counter of the Païch". To extend this good atmosphere throughout the rest of the year. Possibility to prolong the experience by renting the Païch villa with its private garden…
