Château Auzias is one of the Carcassonnais region's leading wine tourism sites. Owned by the Auzias family for several generations, today it is Anastasia and Maxime Auzias who perpetuate the savoir-faire. The estate's 160 ha are planted with 12 grape varieties, the majority of which are Merlot, Cabernet, Grenache, and Syrah.
