Une adresse à noter sur votre calepin.
C'est à CASTENAUDARY (bien sûr)
J'en ai pas trouver de meilleurs !!! Et j'en ai testé quelques uns...
16.50€ sur place
avec un grand verre de Corbières rouge 4€
Les desserts sont terribles...
Ambiance baroque, très éclairé.
Restaurant chic et pas cher et de très haut niveau.
Si vous passez mais que vous n'avez pas le temps de manger ils proposent des cassoulets à emporter 15€ avec une petite consigne pour la cassole en terre cuite.

Je vous le recommande.

En revenant de Toulouse , par le chemin des écoliers , FAITES UN HALTE A CASTELNAUDARY : très bonne table , il vous faut MANGER UN CASSOULET , le meilleur de la région ; en plus , les hôtes sont charmants et pleins d'attention ! et le cassoulet si bien servi . . . que plus de place pour fromage ni dessert ! VAUT LE DETOUR
