LA BELLE EPOQUE
Restaurant decorated with photos from the 1920s, with a menu of meat and fish dishes, accompanied by bottles of wine.
A must if you want to discover the Castle of the Belle Époque: photos of the 1920s on the wall, when the city was under the influence of Art Nouveau and walks in parasols! The restaurant has kept its retro soul while serving a classic menu where meat and fish compete with good bottles of wine. The cassoulet with two confits offers a duck with two textures, the duck breast is excellent and the homemade fries are crispy. Minimalist simplicity for this den of cassoulet, its creator having contributed to the worldwide fame of the dish in 1956!
