Cellar à manger, located next to the Halles, where you can enjoy delicious Lyon and Chaurienne-style tapas and regional products
Cassoulet has been on the move for the past few months! Next door to Les Halles, a cellar has just opened where you can enjoy delicious tapas in the Lyonnais and Chaurienne styles. Cédric is from Lyon and Audrey is from the south. It's in the old bakery, which has been completely restored, that you'll be able to sample the specialities made with products from small producers in the two regions: brioche sausages, "canaille" dishes, charcuterie and cheese boards, etc., all accompanied by a glass of wine selected by Cédric, an expert sommelier.
