Chef David Campigotto works with fresh produce, offering tasty, melt-in-the-mouth meats, while fish and other seafood products retain their delicious flavour thanks to perfectly mastered à la plancha cooking. The wine list features a fine selection from the region. The restaurant regularly exhibits artists, and the chef has exported the concept to the States, where he regularly organises events in Chicago.

Nous avons enfin mangé un cassoulet digne de ce nom. Nous l'avions commandé avant. Il fut excellent. Bravo le chef.

Nous étions déjà allés et nous trouvons toujours aussi bon. Le cassoulet est excellent. Les desserts sont également faits maison. C'est un vrai régal. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
