You'll be seduced by this beautiful building at the foot of the Lauragais hills, away from the town, built around a majestic fireplace devoted to grills, next to a no less imposing bar, with 110 regional references. The most surprising feature is undoubtedly the meat bar, which gives the place its letters of nobility, and proves that we are indeed in the den of bon vivants.

Que dire des plats?! Passez chez gueuleton castelnaudary sans tester le cassoulet est une erreur: qualité rime avec quantité. Les plats sont généreux et chauds! Le goût, je n'ose même pas écrire à quel point c'est une tuerie. Étant gourmande, le moelleux aux châtaignes est vivement recommandé.
Un moment d'exception partagé donc simplement MERCI Gueuleton.
