The restaurant Cassoulet et Cie could be a chain restaurant where everything is so well thought out: a practical location with a large car park next to the exit of the highway, a modern decor in an industrial but cosy style and a terrace for sunny days. This address has opted for diversity: a wide range of choices and products are on the menu, including the inevitable cassoulet (of course homemade and more than good!), the starters are served in the form of a buffet in a refrigerated window. As for wine, the choice is wide and focuses on regional names: Corbières, Minervois, Cabardès, Fitou, Malepère... It is ultimately a pleasant establishment, with good value for money where cassoulet and comfort are worth a stop.
