With its feet in the water, on the banks of the Canal du Midi, the gîte has 5 rooms that invite contemplation. The store sells a wide range of local products: savoury, sweet, drinks and, of course, the ancestral flours of Sylvie and Bernard Maury, millers for 4 generations. The flours are made from 100% Occitan wheat, but they also offer more specific flours such as rice and organic spelt flours.
